Borscht soup
Originating in the Ukraine this soup is important in Eastern European cuisine. The original borscht was made from hogweed, though you'll be delighted to hear that we use beetroot! Also slightly inauthentically our version is blended into a rich velvety soup.
There is a £1.50 deposit included for the glass container. This will be refunded on return of the container. Let's end single use packaging together!
