Baked Bean Sourdough loaf - White

We are delighted to be able to offer a really good sourdough. This is the classic white baked by Kieron for Baked bean, the new café in Ironbridge. Made with an organic flour from Shipton Mill with some of our neighbours' Greenacre's Farm's Miller's choice. 

ingredients: organic white bread flour (gluten),  (statutory nutrients: calcium carbonate, nicotinamide, iron and thiamine (not organic), water, salt, sourdough starter, rice flour, vegetable oil, organic white flour (millers choice).
