Baked Bean Sourdough loaf - Brown

Baked Bean use an organic Shipton Mill flour for their loaves mixed with some Miller's choice wholemeal flour from our neighbours at Greenacres Farm.  Kieron make all the bread and patisserie for the new café recently opened in Ironbridge and we are thrilled to finally be able to offer you a really good sourdough. 

ingredients: organic white bread flour (gluten),  (statutory nutrients: calcium carbonate, nicotinamide, iron and thiamine (not organic)), wholemeal flour, water, salt, sourdough starter, rice flour, vegetable oil.
