Tayberries are a hybrid between a raspberry and a loganberry. They make a wonderful rich jam where the fruits keeps their shape.
By the way - none of our fruits or vegetables have been touched by the evils of modern chemical farming - pesticides and artificial fertilisers - indeed they are so innocent that they don't even understand what I'm talking about.
