Spiced peanut stew with squash, carlin peas and winter greens

A "not too hot" nourishing curry, full of flavour and colour. The carlin peas are grown by our neighbour Mark Lea.

ingredients: squash, vegetable stock (celery), tomatoes, carlin peas, onion, chard, peanuts, garlic, ginger, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric, paprika, cinnamon.
