Pheasant and vegetable cassoulet
This hearty cassoulet is made with pheasants from our neighbours at Hatton with lots of root vegetables and organic borlotti beans grown in France.
Why pheasant? These birds are local, full of flavour and live mostly in the wild; their meat is a healthy source of lean protein and is lower in fat and cholesterol than chicken.
Warning: This product contains game that has been shot with lead ammunition. While every effort is made to remove lead, tiny fragments may remain in the meat.
