Fusilli pasta for 2
Bronze extruded pasta made with our neighbours' organic flour at Greenacres Farm, Kemberton. Simply rivet flour and water, grown, milled, made and dried, all within a couple of miles of our farm.
Slightly nuttier than a durum pasta, but you can't beat the provenance.
