Black pudding - Fordhall Organic Farm

We are doing some work with Fordhall Organic Farm near Newport - if you haven't been there, I can thoroughly recommend it! Fordhall's traditional black pudding is not to be missed.

Ingredients

pearl barley, rusk (gluten), barley flakes, dried blood, wheat flour (gluten) calcium carbonate, Iron, niacin & thiamin), salt, dried onion, spices, herbs, whey powder (dairy), potato starch, natural flavourings (celery) pork fat, water.
