Black pudding - Fordhall Organic Farm

We are doing some work with Fordhall Organic Farm near Newport - if you haven't been there, I can thoroughly recommend it! Fordhall's traditional black pudding is not to be missed.

Ingredients

Pearl Barley, Rusk (Wheat), Barley Flake, Dried Blood, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin & Thiamin), Salt, Dried Onion, Spices, Herbs, Whey Powder (Milk), Starch (Potato), Natural Flavourings (Celery) Pork Fat, Water.
