Marmalade

This session is all about marmalade, not much else going on afterall. This will be a relaxed fun workshopm led by Jonathan in which we will share hte process of making a batch of our darl marmalade. Jonathan's preference is for a dark, bitter, thick cut but we will make two batches so depending on the group's preferences could vary it a bit. You will leave the event having had a fabulous hands on experience but also with your pockets crammed with 2 jars of some of the finest marmalade known to man. Made by you!

Friday 30th January 2pm.

Arrive from 2pm for a quick introduction to the process which will get underway at 2.00pm sharp

We shall prepare the ingredients amid a whirlwind discussion of the benefits of using organic produce! There will be a frantic process of preparation in which everyone will get involved.....

There will be a short break for tea and cake

Following the break we will complete the preparation of the marmalade: the result will be an astounding confection that will keep you eating breakfast for years!
