Beef bacon - Fordhall Organic Farm

We are doing some work with Fordhall Organic Farm near Newport - if you haven't been there, I can thoroughly recommend it! Beef bacon is a beefy version of streaky pork bacon. This one is sweet cured with molasses and salt - a delicious alternative to pork and direct from Fordhall's organic beef herd - arrives frozen
