  and legumes are a massively underrated source of goodness. They are full 
 of protein\, absorb flavour and are very versatile. Not only highly nutrit
 ious they also are very cheap. This workshop will dive into the world of l
 egumes. We will play with different ways to cook them\, how to store them\
 , where to buy them and of course how to use them with vegetables\, becaus
 e vegetables are our thing. This is a hands on course\, we will be prepari
 ng food together which we will share over lunch. As with all our events it
  is casual and we may well run it in the kitchen of our home. Friday 20th 
 September 10-4pm Arrive from 10am for a coffee and an introduction which w
 ill start promptly at 10.15 Morning workshop: 10.30am - 1pm. We will make 
 hummus\, felafel and look at the different ways they can be used 1.pm lunc
 h followed by an optional guided tour of the field (weather permitting) 2p
 m - 4pm - afternoon workshop. We will cook together something you can take
  home for supper. Lunch included
