 opshire food world. As well as being a superb chef\, he is a champion of m
 aking great food accessible to all - we're very lucky to have him on board
  for the evening creating a tasting menu that you will not forget. 7pm sta
 rt with aperitifs on the lawn followed by a magical super in our Silver Bi
 rch Grove (weather permitting). Drinks are not included but may be purchas
 ed throughout the evening. Steve Guy Steve is not only an excellent chef b
 ut also an extraordinary campaigner. The sheer joy he gets out of cooking 
 is visceral. He works as a personal chef\, a food consultant and educator.
  He is closely involved with the Ludlow and Marches Slow Food Movement and
  was awarded the huge accolade of England's person of the Year 2023" award
 ed by the Slow Food Movement. Steve also works with the Shrewsbury Food hu
 b helping cook up surplus food\, teach people how to cook and recently has
  been campaigning for hospitality in general. He also worked for us for a 
 year back in 2023\, so we know him well! Steve actually cooked our very fi

 ll be cooking up a variety of dishes using vegetables and fruit that are g
 rowing in our field. This will not be entirely vegetarian. The supper will
  be several small courses and will take place in our magical lantern fille
 d silver birch grove. Alcohol and soft drinks will be available to purchas
 e. Comfortable shoes essential and there are many uneven surfaces on the f
 arm. Our friendly spaniel Bale will be lurking around\, she hates to miss 
 these events. If the weather is poor we will use our Loft as a back up\, I
