 3th March 4-5.30pm £12 Karen will begin with an introduction to using a v
 eg bag. We will discuss some of the challenges they present and she will g
 ive you lots of ideas for how to get the best out of one\, some basic guid
 ance for cooking with vegetables and some of the tricks to make vegetables
  more exciting and delicious. She will then talk you through the contents 
 of this week's veg bag and give you lots of ideas for how to use the fruit
  and vegetables including ideas for leftovers and how best to store the co
 ntents. Taylor will then go through some of the individual produce and the
 ir health benefits\, give some guidance on creating balanced meals\, expla
 in why eating seasonally is good for us as well as some of the nutritional
  benefits of choosing organic vegetables. We also hope that some of our re
 gular veg bag customers will come so we can share their ideas too. If you 
 book before 2nd March you will depart with your own veg bag and the confid
 ence and inspiration to get started in your kitchen.
