 d it plus the latest research around why you might want to add more fermen
 ted foods to your diet. Friday 9th October 2pm - 5.30pm £55. Arrive from 
 2pm for a coffee or tea and an introduction to fermenting. The workshop wi
 ll take place in our kitchen so Bale the dog may well be around. If you ha
 ve an allergy to dogs this might not be hte workshop for you. Karen will d
 emonstrate how to make kombucha and kefir\, two delicious fermented drinks
 . There will be a short tea break. Following the break we will make some k
 imchi and sauerkraut. Please bring a few small jars (ideally 200-250ml) wi
 th you so you can take some kimchi home. There may also be some kefir grai
 ns and a scoby available (not guaranteed!). You will depart with your own 
 recipes of what we have prepared\, and the confidence to start making ferm
 ents at home for yourself and your family.
