 5. Karen will demonstrate how to make kombucha and kefir There will be a s
 hort break for coffee and a snack. Following the break we will make some k
 imchi and sauerkraut. Please bring a few small jars (ideally 200-250ml) wi
 th you so you can take some kimchi home. There may also be some kefir grai
 ns and a scoby available (not guaranteed!). You will depart with your own 
 recipes of what we have prepared\, and the confidence to start making ferm
 ents at home for yourself and your family.
