 ut fermenting. We will talk about how fermenting works\, the different pro
 cesses\, the science behind it plus the latest research around why you mig
 ht want to add more fermented foods to your diet. Friday 24th October 9.30
 am-1pm £55. Arrive from 9.30am for a coffee and an introduction to fermen
 ting which will start at 9.45. Karen will demonstrate how to make kombucha
 \, water kefir and dairy kefir There will be a short break for coffee and 
 a snack. Following the break we will make some kimchi and sauercraut. Plea
 se bring a couple of jars with you so you can take some kimchi home. Ideal
 ly aroun 200-250ml jar and maybe a couple of small ones in case kefir grai
 ns and a scoby is available (not guaranteed!) 250ml. You will depart with 
 your own recipes of what we have prepared\, and the confidence to start ma
 king ferments at home for yourself and your family.
