Aft er the walk Lucy will lead a workshop demonstrating how to transform your wild food finds so that you can add a little bit of wild into your regular diet\, as we now know a more diverse array of plants is great for the mic robiome and boosts our health in any number of ways. We will sit down toge ther for a buffet lunch which will comprise various dishes using the best of the seasonal produce we grow at Havenhills with a touch of the wild abo ut it using locally foraged ingredients. Her business\, The Wild Cooke\, is based in Argyll and t he Scottish Highlands and she regularly works from her family's base in Sh ropshire. Lucy believes in restoring a vital\, but often lost\, connection between people and place. She is extremely interested in how community\, food\, and culture entwine.
